Hi, I’m Daisy and I’m a freelance fundraising consultant specialising in grants, strategy and systems, including measuring and communicating your impact. I’m a former charity CEO, current trustee, and have worked with the UK’s largest grant-maker, The National Lottery Community Fund,

I support charities that are doing great work but struggling with inconsistent income, unclear plans, or a lack of internal fundraising structure. My focus is simple: helping organisations move from reactive fundraising to clear strategy, strong pipelines and reliable grant income.

I bring 15 years’ experience working across small, medium and large charities, from community-based organisations to international NGOs. I’ve developed and delivered fundraising strategies, built pipelines, secured grant funding across a range of causes, and created systems and processes that improve consistency and reduce pressure on teams.

My approach is practical, adaptable and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are, whether you need a clear starting point or more strategic support, and I prioritise listening and working closely with you to find what will work best for your organisation.

I’m particularly interested in working with organisations that don’t have a dedicated senior fundraiser, are ready to grow but need structure, and want practical, hands-on support, not just advice.
